日本向けYouTube動画コンテスト開催！
アルゴランド財団バウンティ・プログラムの一環として、日本向けYouTube動画コンテストを開催します。詳細は下記の通りですが、優秀作の中から最大3名に各500Algoが授与されます（当初1,500Algoを山分けする形式で考えていましたが各500にしましたので下記表現になっています）。
内容は初級者向けから上級者向けまで何でもOKです。形式も問いません。アルゴランド本体に関するものから、各種DeFiなどの紹介、チュートリアル的なものまで何でも構いません。理想としては今回の参加者の中から定期的に動画作成・配信をしていただける方が誕生するといいと思いますが、今回だけの単発でももちろん問題ないです。
動画は1月28日〜2月28日までにアップロードしていただいたもので、視聴者数の集計は3月14日時点のものでカウントし、受賞者発表は15日に発表します。視聴者数だけではなくコンテンツのクオリティも審査基準となりますが、早めにアップロードしたほうが有利になると思います。

Description
What is this task?
You will create one or multiple contents introducing Algorand or Algorand ecosystem on YouTube. アルゴランドまたはアルゴランドのエコシステムを紹介するコンテンツをYouTubeで1つまたは複数作成していただきます。
This is a month-long competition, from Jan. 28th to Feb. 28th, and up to 3 winners will be selected. このコンテストは1月28日から2月28日までの1ヶ月間行われ、最大3名の受賞者が選ばれ、賞金を共有します。
The participants are expected to regularly create content to have commentary on news about Algorland and its ecosystem, Q&A sessions, tutorials and guest interviews. Regular contents will be created at least once a month, and occasional contents will be created when timely commentary is needed (for example, to explain how to participate in governance). In this case, you are expected to get other rewards. 本コンペ参加者は、以降も定期的にYouTubeでアルゴランド及びそのエコシステムに関するニュースの解説、Q&A、チュートリアル、ゲストのインタビューなどのコンテンツを作成することが期待されます。例えば、最低月一回のレギュラー動画及び、タイムリーな解説が必要な場合（例えばガバナンスへの参加方法解説）には随時動画を作成することなどが期待されます。この際には別途報酬を予定しています。
What are the requirements for the bounty taker?
Bounty takers should have a high level of knowledge about Algorand and its wallets and DeFi, as well as the ability to speak clearly and have content planning, management and editing skills. Bounty takerは、アルゴランド及び各ウォレットやDeFiなどに関する高度な知識に加えて、わかりやすく喋る能力とコンテンツの企画・運営・動画編集スキルなどを持っている必要があります。

Description
Up to 1 hour per content highlighting Algorand Technology, Algorand news or an Algorand Project, shared on socials with correct tags. 動画は１本最大1時間程度で、アルゴランドのテクノロジー、ニュース、またはアルゴランド上のプロジェクトを紹介・解説し、適切なタグを付けてソーシャルでシェア。
