Challenge: Construct a Self-Updating Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) Summary: Implement a stateful smart contract application that serves as a self-updating DAO. The DAO will transition from the initially deployed approval program logic to some new logic based on 1) proposed code stored on-chain 2) a vote to approve new code (use a voting ASA) 3) deployment of the new DAO logic based on the outcome. The Team with the best project for this challenge as judged by the sponsor will receive $2000 divided equally among the team members.
